Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue at info@promotionalproducts911.com.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner. You will be responsible for re-shipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
